is a modernised cottage built in local stone. It has fitted carpets
throughout and has oil-fired central heating.
Entrance to the cottage is by 8 stone steps. The lounge/dining room and kitchen are on the first floor, and the bedrooms and bathroom are downstairs on the ground floor. The cottage is comprised of: |

LOUNGE/DINING ROOM
With colour TV & DVD player. Bed linen is provided (duvet cover, bottom sheet and pillowcases) but visitors are asked to provide their own towels, although they can be hired for a small charge if prior arrangements are made. A travel cot and highchair are available - please mention on booking if needed. |

Bookings are normally on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday) but odd
days may be booked any time during the period November – March
(Min. 2 nights).
A non-returnable deposit of £50 is required to confirm each week booked. Balance payable 6 weeks prior to visit. The cottage is located in close proximity to the owner/proprietor and is maintained personally by Mrs Walker to a high standard. Facilities, decor and materials are being continually upgraded. |
