Walker Cottages - Reeth Swaledale North Yorkshire

	This is a modernised cottage built in local stone. It has fitted carpets throughout and has oil-fired central heating. Entrance to the cottage is by 8 stone steps. The lounge/dining room and kitchen are on the first floor, and the bedrooms and bathroom are downstairs on the ground floor. The cottage is comprised of:
LOUNGE/DINING ROOM With colour TV & DVD player. KITCHEN Electric cooker, fridge, toaster, microwave, automatic washing machine, iron/board. BATHROOM Bath, shower, toilet, washbasin, and shaver point. BEDROOMS (2) – twin beds and 1 double bed. Bed linen is provided (duvet cover, bottom sheet and pillowcases) but visitors are asked to provide their own towels, although they can be hired for a small charge if prior arrangements are made. A travel cot and highchair are available - please mention on booking if needed.	Entrance to the cottage via stone steps
Lounge	ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Car parking space outside cottage gate. Mountain bikes are not allowed to be stored in the cottage. Please ask about storage facilities! Arrival: Not before 3.00pm (unless prior arrangement) Departure: Not later than 10.00am NO PETS. STRICTLY NO SMOKING IN THE COTTAGES. Bookings are normally on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday) but odd days may be booked any time during the period November – March (Min. 2 nights). A non-returnable deposit of Ł50 is required to confirm each week booked. Balance payable 6 weeks prior to visit. The cottage is located in close proximity to the owner/proprietor and is maintained personally by Mrs Walker to a high standard. Facilities, decor and materials are being continually upgraded.
