This is a modernised cottage built in local stone. It has fitted carpets throughout and has oil-fired central heating.

The cottage is comprised of:

LOUNGE/DINING ROOM With original oak beamed ceiling, colour TV & DVD player
KITCHEN Electric cooker, fridge, toaster, microwave, spin dryer, iron / board.
BATHROOM Bath, shower, toilet, washbasin, and shaver point.
BEDROOMS (2) – 2 singles beds and 1 double bed

Bed linen is provided (duvet cover, bottom sheet and pillowcases) but visitors are asked to provide their own towels, although they can be hired for a small charge if prior arrangements are made.

A travel cot and highchair are available - please mention on booking if needed.

Orange mobile phone reception is available.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Car parking facilities within 25 yards of cottage.
Mountain bikes are not allowed to be stored in the cottage.
Please ask about storage facilities!

Arrival: Not before 3.00pm (unless prior arrangement).
Departure: Not later than 10.00am

Bookings are normally on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday) but odd days may be booked any time during the period November – March (Min. 2 nights).

A non-returnable deposit of £50 is required to confirm each week booked. Balance payable 6 weeks prior to visit.

The cottage is located in close proximity to the owner/proprietor and is maintained personally by Mrs Walker to a high standard. Facilities, decor and materials are being continually upgraded.
